1. All player lists as well as the $40 fee need to be in by October 4, 2006 (No exceptions)
2. Each entrant is to select 12 forwards, 6 defenseman and 2 goalies. All pics must be submitted to the Message boards in the Roster Forum.
3. One trade per month can be made up until the NHL's official trade deadline which is February 27, 2007 @ 3:00pm. The initial fee to complete a trade is $20, for each additional trade the fee doubles. So trade 1 = $20, trade 2 = $40, trade 3 = $80, etc... All trade request will be made via the Message boards in the Trades forum. Once the transaction is complete you inherit all the points of your new player and forfeit those of the traded player.
4. In the event one of your players becomes injured during the course of the season you have the option to trade him for another player. The initial fee to complete this trade is $20, for each additional trade the fee doubles. So trade 1 = $20, trade 2 = $40, trade 3 = $80, etc... All trade request will be made via the Message boards in the Trades forum. Please note that this trade can only occur prior to the NHL's official trade deadline, and if your player is:
out for 10 or more games,
injured prior to the NHL's official trade deadline which is February 27, 2007,
still injured when you request the trade.
Once the transaction is complete you inherit all the points of your new player and forfeit those of the traded player.
5. In the event one of your players is suspended during the course of the season you have the option to trade him for another player. The initial fee to complete this trade is $20, for each additional trade the fee doubles. So trade 1 = $20, trade 2 = $40, trade 3 = $80, etc... All trade request will be made via the Message boards in the Trades forum. Please note that this trade can only occur prior to the NHL's official trade deadline, and if your player is:

retires prior to the NHL's official trade deadline which is February 27, 2007,
is still retired when you request the trade.

7. In the event one of your players dies or is imprisoned during the course of the season you have the option to trade him for another player. The initial fee to complete this trade is $20, for each additional trade the fee doubles. So trade 1 = $20, trade 2 = $40, trade 3 = $80, etc... Once the transaction is complete you inherit all the points of your new player and forfeit those of the traded player.
8. You receive a point for:
every point each of your players tally (goals & assists) Shootout goals do not count,
every point each of your goalies get (goals & assists),
each shutout each of your goalies get,
9. At the end of the season you receive an additional point for:
having the player with the highest +/-,
having the goalie with the highest save percentage,
having the player who wins the Art Ross trophy (most points),
having the player who wins the Maurice Richard trophy (most goals).
Please note: For items 4 & 5 it will be up to you to keep track the details. However, once a trade request has been made I will determine if the terms in rules 4 & 5 have been met before allowing the transaction.
Also note: For items 4 & 5, the deadline to make the trade is game time (EST) his first game back.
Please note: For items 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 a trade can only be made for a player of the same position (forward/defence).
Please note: For all types of trades complete payment is required in order to complete the transaction. If payment is not recieved within 5 days of the trade request, the trade is voided.
